This well woman got to go to her first Well Women event thrown by my inspiring and passionate sister Emma. Her instagram account @wellwomenhawaii can give you a better idea of what this project of hers is all about. I was asked to speak on intentional living and open the group discussion. I have so much to say on the subject so I'll save that for an upcoming post once the pictures from the event come out.
